Highlight: Juyondai (十四代)
Indulge in a curated tasting of three premium sakes from the prestigious Juyondai (十四代) sake brewery:
- 十四代 本丸 純米吟醸
A Junmai Ginjo sake with a perfect balance of a pure, fruity flavor. A representative sake from Juyondai.
- 十四代 黒縄 大吟醸
A limited edition Daiginjo sake that has a sweet aroma reminiscent of fully ripened tropical fruits. With a refined, smooth texture, it offers an elegant sweetness and richness akin to fruit nectar and finishes with a refreshing bitterness similar to citrus peel.
十四代 極上諸白 純米大吟醸
A Junmai Daiginjo sake with a balanced and delicate flavor, featuring a harmonious fusion of elegant ginjo aroma and fresh fruitiness. The clear scents of white peach and melon linger gracefully, and the fresh fruit and refreshing acidity give the sweetness an edge, culminating in a crisp, clean finish.
Highlight: Omakase
Experience the art of sushi with a special menu designed to complement the unique flavors of the sakes. Our dishes feature the finest quality ingredients, sourced directly from Tokyo’s renowned fish vendors in Sakasyu. Cheif Chef and his team employ traditional techniques such as aging, sujime, konbu jime, shio-jime, and occasional charcoal grill smoking to enhance the natural flavors of the fish.
